Guidelines for students and guests of the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science:

• Cover your mouth and nose.
• Keep your distance of 1.5m from other people.
• Avoid moving around the building as much as possible.
• Do not use elevators.
• Sanitise your hands when entering the building and on entering classrooms/labs.
• Use your own pens, laptops, etc.
• Adhere to the guidelines placed on doors and in other common spaces inside the building.

Faculty Dean welcomes to faculty seminar, which takes place on tuesday 17th December at 12.30 (Institute of Computer Science, hall 119). Lecturer: Paweł Gawrychowski from Institute of Computer Science, who speaks on "Data structure planar graphs". At 12.00, Dean welcomes to tasting.

On 20th of November prof. Mohsem Ghaffari (ETH Zurich) will give a lecture Distributed graph algorithms: an introduction. The lecture will be aimed at a general audience (including students interested in algorithmics). The lecture will start at 12.30 in room no 119 (Institute of Computer Science).

Dean of the Faculty invites to Faculty's Seminar, which will take place on 27th of september at 12.15 in WS hall at Mathematical Institute. Lecture "The Confidence Trap: dysfunctional dialogues about climate" will deliver prof. Roger Cooke from TU Delft.

At 13.15 there will be the next lecture of prof. Rogera Cooke'a on "Abstract Vine Regression applied to the effects of breastfeeding duration on IQ"
